CULTURE SOCIETY Return & Exchange Policy

At CULTURE SOCIETY, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

  1. Returns & Exchanges:

    • You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it.
    • All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
    • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.

  2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable:

    • After 14 days of receiving your item, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

  3. Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by using the CONTACT form on the main menu of our website.  A representative from our team will handle your case expeditiously. 
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
